LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

At most times another session is scheduled immediately following yours and we usually have a 15 minutes in between sessions. Depending on circumstances, if you are 10 minutes or more late, we may be able to accommodate a partial and you will be responsible for payment of the full service or considered a cancellations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have reserved time and space especially for you and require 24 hours (prior to your appointment) to reschedule/cancel any appointment.   If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 100% for the full scheduled session. Please call us at 571-464-4240 to reschedule/cancel any appointment , if no one answers, please leave your message on our voicemail  

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included in the price of services or spa packages. Our therapists are pleased with any tip as it shows them your appreciation for their expertise. 

VALUABLES

Please leave all valuable items at home or stored them in the bin in your treatment room. Oasis Massage Studio LLC is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

Oasis Massage Studio reserves the right to refused service to any clients, For improper conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct.

PRICES AND SERVICES

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur,  but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

PREGNANCY OR MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Be sure to mention any medical Information when you book an appointment .Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Before your treatment begins, let your therapist know of any medical concerns, If you are pregnant, massage services are provided only if you are beyond your first trimester (twelve weeks).

Refund Policy

Services rendered cannot be refunded. Gift card orders or package orders are not exchangeable nor refundable.
