During a hot stone massage, the massage therapist will give a regular swedish or deep tissue massage first to make your body warming  up，then the  smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body，the massage therapist may also hold the stones while giving the massage.

You will lie on the table, our massage therapists may kneel on your back and the back of your legs, our massage therapists may also pull your back and your legs.
